James Hall is a longtime Savannah resident, public servant, and community leader with a proven record of service rooted in responsibility, public safety, and inclusive leadership. A proud “Double Eagle” of Georgia Southern University, James earned his Bachelor’s degree in 2006 and a Master of Public Administration in 2008—an academic foundation that reflects both his commitment to good governance and his respect for how policy decisions affect real people and local communities.
